Scotty Cameron is back with a four-model limited edition collection, say hello to the new Special Select Jet Set putters…
Scotty Cameron Special Select Jet Set Putters: First Impressions
There is no denying that these look incredible! What is it about a black gloss finish that makes a golf club look so good? These are very classic Scotty in styling but with some new head shapes for more forgiveness.
Scotty Cameron Special Select Jet Set Putters: The Line-Up
Special Select Jet Set Newport
Scotty’s classic heel-and-toe weighted blade. This has a plumber’s neck and visually keeps the model’s distinctive rounded features and milled slight line on the top line.
Special Select Jet Set Newport Plus
A slightly wider model from front to back, this fuller profile features multi-material technology to help distribute weight for the best performance.
Special Select Jet Set Newport 2
The same proven Newport 2 shaping features a plumbers neck and that classic tri-sole of a modern Newport 2.
Special Select Jet Set Newport 2 Plus
The depth of this putter sits halfway between a Special Select Newport 2 and a Sqaureback 2. This is a tour-inspired shape designed to be slightly more forgiving than a typical blade.
Scotty Cameron Special Select Jet Set Putters: The Technology
An interesting new addition to the traditional Newport models is the new Plus models. Both have more comprehensive profiles than standard Newports. Not only is this confidence-inspiring over the ball, but it increases MOI for more forgiveness.
The Plus models also utilise multi-material construction methods for optimal performance. Each model features a precision milled 6061 aircraft-grade aluminium sole plate inside the 303 stainless steel putter head. This allows for proper weight distribution, balance and feel.
Throughout the range, there are two customisable heel-toe sole weights. This allows you to dial in the weight and feel to your stroke.
